I'M DR. KIMMY.

 

I am a double Board-Certified Pediatric Hospitalist and CEO of The Doctor Coach School™️.

You will also learn coaching tools and principles to become a master coach. With this process you will build a 6-figure and beyond coaching business.

Twice Weekly Coaching

Every week, you'll receive high-level coaching and feedback on the live coaching calls. These calls occur twice a week and will help you uncover and overcome any mindset blocks that are holding you back from getting to $20K in 90 days and achieving $100K in your first year of business. You will also have the opportunity for hot-seat coaching where you'll receive individualized coaching on your offer to help you get 100% results.

Monthly Workshops and Specialized Coaching

We will have monthly specialized coaching calls to accelerate your results. We host monthly Income Intensives, which allows you to get specialized coaching for your specific income group. HOW TO BECOME DOCTOR COACH SCHOOL™ CERTIFIED

 

The Doctor Coach School™ Certification ensures that you are able to shift a client’s beliefs such that they desire transformation with your coaching offer as a result of your marketing, say yes to investing in that transformation, and begin to shift their thoughts, feelings, actions, beliefs, and/or current results because of your intellectual property and the DCS coaching tools and principles.

You will become a Certified Doctor Coach™ once you demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • Self Coaching and Belief Mastery
  • Intellectual Property Development 
  • Marketing Mastery-the ability to develop marketing materials that shift beliefs
  • Sales Mastery-the ability to shift beliefs on a sales call such that clients invest
  • Coaching Mastery-the ability to help clients achieve milestones.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Completion of all required Training modules 
  • Demonstration of self coaching mastery through written documentation of your own Belief Flow™ and Action Belief Process™ (10)
  • Development of your own unique Intellectual Property (submitted for review)
  • Demonstration of marketing materials that shift beliefs (submitted for review)
  • Demonstration of utilizing the principles of Diagnosis and Treatment on a Sales Call
  • Demonstration of Coaching Mastery as evidenced by 
    • 30 hours of coaching (peer coaching [max of 20 of the 30 hours] and client coaching [at least 10 of the 30 hours])
    • Observed peer coaching sessions where The Action-Belief Process™ and The Belief Flow™ are utilized (4 sessions minimum)
