Welcome to Episode 10 of The Doctor Coach School™ Podcast.

Today, we begin a 3-part series on my 3 Simple Steps to a Transformational Coaching Business.

I define transformational coaching as helping someone have awareness enough to recognize that something is not quite right, that there's someplace that they don't want to be, a point A and that they desire to change, to a point B...

Helping them believe enough in themselves, that they invest to get to that point B and then helping them actually shift from their point A to point B.

It is very simple but not necessarily easy, that's why I have a whole school, The Doctor Coach School™ dedicated to this.

I am doing this series so that you understand what it takes for you to have your own transformational coaching business.

This is because, I am committed to women doctors, women doctors of color and especially black women doctors really owning their greatness and their place in this world and doing so by thought leadership, by knowing how to make money on their own and by knowing how to change people's lives.

I want you to skip past all of my foolishness and not make the same mistakes I did in my journey.
