First, I address a heartbreaking situation that struck a chord with me emotionally (Trigger Warning: Suicide). Two doctors chose to take their own lives, and not only is this a devastating situation, but a reminder of how much change needs to happen in the medical world so that doctors can feel comfortable seeking help for their mental health.
For the rest of today’s episode, I pick up the conversation recapping the 3rd quarter in my business. I share the success of the IPMD launch and what made this launch so much more successful than the one in July.
Belief is the foundation of everything, and without it, it doesn’t matter how well you execute; without belief, you won’t get results.
I also touch on refining my IP and why, as coaches, we should always find ways to improve our process because that is the only way to stay in service.
Finally, I discuss the impact emotions have on revenue and how going numb is a zero-dollar situation. To be a successful entrepreneur, you must be willing to feel the good and the bad.
