I am so grateful that I have the opportunity to interview another one of my amazing coaches inside of The Doctor Coach School™.
Dr. Janeeka Benoit better known as Dr. J is THE Negotiation Coach for Professional Women of Color.
She went from being a jobless new attending physician in the height of the pandemic to curating her professional and personal lifestyle through the art of audacious negotiation.
Since being “the shy, little black girl”, negotiation has given Dr. J the power & freedom of owning her voice and it is her purpose to provide the same to other professional women of color.
Dr. J is also a Double Board Certified Internal Medicine and Sports Medicine physician, which she still enjoys because it is through negotiation, which helped regain her joy for medicine.
I can't wait for you guys to just hear all abou the journey that Dr. J has been on. I'm so excited for her and I'm so proud to serve as her coach.
