Y'all, I have promised to do this for so long and I just decided I was like, you know what? There's never going to be a perfect time. 

I have talked about having a house manager on multiple posts and I have gotten so many DMS and messages from you all asking me how I was able to do it.


As black women, we take on so much and we shoulder so much of the burden of childcare, working around the home, etc.


There was a moment where I was just like, if I want to achieve the goals that I have in my career and my business, I can not continue doing everything. 

It's not sustainable
