Episode 125: You Are Your First Client

Your willingness to hold space for yourself will determine your willingness and ability to do that for others. I became a coach because I wanted to help others. But the key to being a successful entrepreneur is being a coach to yourself first.

As an entrepreneur, you will experience a range of emotions. Doubt, insecurity, shame—all of these feelings can be overwhelming if you do not have the ability to uncover and work through them. I have seen so many successful entrepreneurs quit because they didn't do the inner work. The turmoil in their heads became too much.

If you aspire to build a sustainable and successful coaching career, the journey begins within. Developing self-awareness and emotional intelligence is the foundation of long-term success. Your personal growth is intricately linked to your professional development. It all starts with you.

Remember, as an entrepreneur, you are your first client. It's essential to carve out time for self-reflection, to acknowledge your thoughts and emotions. By prioritizing your own growth, you lay the foundation for a successful coaching career.
